Des Plaines Theatre

It's a great venue to check out any kind of event, especially a concert. The sound system is amazing and is not obnoxiously loud, even in front of the stage. The chairs that they put up in front of the stage are not as comfortable as the permanent seats in the theater. It's nice to be up and close to the band, but it sounds much better if you're appropriately in the middle of the floor and in front of the stage. The concession stands could use more help, it just takes too long to get any kind of drink, or food item. I just don't like to stand in line for 20-30 minutes, just to get something to drink. I would definitely go back to check out any special event, but I'll make sure that I go with a full stomach. Overall, I had a great experience. I also think that some of the security staff need to be a little bit more sociable. If you go, you can park in the huge multi level parking lot behind the theater.

We absolutely love this place! Live entertainment, in an up close and personal setting. We saw Fleatwood Mac and Meet Loaf. The surprise to us is that it's the same members in both bands. The vocals of the husband and wife lead singers are phenomenal! Please support the Onesti venues. It's a fun night out, with quality entertainment. There are so many different shows and artists to pick from!

I had the most incredible time at the Des Plaines Theater last night! Watching The Guess Who with my closest friends and family turned out to be an absolute blast. One of the standout features for me was the free parking available in the garage. A convenient touch that really made the evening hassle-free. The decor is a delightful trip down memory lane, with a vintage cash register on the second floor that adds a unique charm. But here's the real hidden gem: a secret speakeasy tucked away in the corner of the second floor. We gave the usher a special "password" and a bookshelf slid open, revealing a sophisticated hideaway. It felt like stepping back in time. I can't recommend Des Plaines Theater enough! Check out their lineup, grab your tickets, and treat yourself and your loved ones to an unforgettable night out. This place is a true gem in every sense.
